We’ll continue our game drive after lunch until the evening, then return to our lodge/campsite for supper and overnight.

In the dry season, Tarangire National Park is regarded as a playground for elephants, but it is also home to buffalo, lions, wildebeests, zebra, and gazelle. Tarangire is known for undulating Savannah, acacia woodland, and magnificent baobabs, and attracts many mammals seeking water and diverse bird species such as Kingfisher, Hoopoes, and White Bellied bird.

After breakfast, we will travel 4 hours to Serengeti National Park, stopping for a picnic lunch at Naabi Gate. We will then enter the park for a game drive until twilight, before heading to our lodge/campsite in the Serengeti’s center for supper and overnight.

Today we have a full day in the world’s most magnificent park. Following breakfast, we will begin our game drive and stop for a picnic lunch in the late afternoon. We will continue our game drive until twilight, after which we will return to your lodge/campground for dinner and overnight.

With beautiful scenery, ever-changing light, and exciting wildlife, the Serengeti is a really unique sight, sound, and smell of Africa. During our game drive, we may see Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Zebras, Cheetahs, Antelopes, Gazelle, Hippos, and a variety of birds and reptiles because the animals in this park do not walk on a timetable.

Those who have booked hot air balloon safaris for today will be picked up at 5:00 a.m. for 6:00 a.m. departures. Following your 90-minute aerial experience bush breakfast and champagne, you will return to our lodge/camp for brunch, collect your belongings, and be driven to the Ngorongoro crater rim/Karatu for supper and overnight.

After breakfast, we’ll drive down to the Ngorongoro crater, which is known as the “Wonder of the World.” You’ll have a game drive break for a picnic lunch before ascending from the crater and driving to your Karatu lodge/campsite for supper and sleep.

This is the world’s largest caldera, including grassland, forest, and wetland, and a breathtaking location. A resident population of at than 25,000 big mammals lives on the crater floor’s persistent water. Many of the reasons why you choose to go on safari in Tanzania can be found here. Here, lions, waterbuck, hippobaboons, black rhinos, leopards, hyenas, jackals, buffalo, warthogs, gazelles, and other animals find refuge.

In an area that has been a separate protection area since 1956 and a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1978, Maasai share the incredible space with animals, including their cattle. Ngorongoro is unique in the world because of its harmonious coexistence of man and beast.

Today, we will drive you to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive early in the morning and then back to your hotel in Arusha/Moshi for supper and sleep.

Your safari truly begins when we depart from your hotel in Moshi early in the morning for a scenic journey west to Lake Manyara National Park. You’ll search for wildlife on the plains, in the acacia trees, and along the shores of the shallow alkaline lake as you explore the park’s magnificent terrain. Lake Manyara is famous for its tree-climbing lions, but they’re far from the only attraction: by the end of an exciting afternoon, you could have seen elephants, hippo, wildebeest, buffalo, and giraffe, among many other animals. A burst of color is provided by pink-hued flamingos, one of 400 bird species documented here. You’ll have a local lunch before getting a taste of northern Tanzanian culture with a visit to the interesting Mto wa Mbu hamlet. Surprisingly, this ‘community’ is home to almost eighteen thousand people representing 120 different tribes. Today is a fantastic opportunity to learn about their daily life by seeing their farms, huts, artisan shops, and the local market, all while being well looked after by your safaris specialist and sharing extensive tribal culture knowledge.
